"I don't know how to politely say that I would have never chosen a Day's Inn for a night's stay. The circumstances were that three other parties had indicated that your facility had the only available opening in the area because of a popular graduation ceremony. All four rooms had different amenities. One had no mirror in the main room, no hair dryer and no outlet in the bathroom. One had a refrigerator, microwave while others had none. The obvious negative was the shabbiness of the exterior. Eight or ten dirty lounge chairs were parked on the outdoor corridor in sight of every crossing. Peeling paint and general run down feeling. Continental breakfast was at the barest minimum with no space to sit and place a cup. In this price range, Hampton Inn or Fairfield Inn offer a better deal. But, as I commented before, Day's Inn was not my choice."
